Auto-Pay

Would you prefer to pay your water or sewer bill with an automatic payment through your checking account?

We offer that convenience at no extra cost to you.  Autopay can be set up one of two ways.  First, you can log into your account on-line (after registering first), then follow the instructions to set up the automatic payment on a date that you select.  Make sure to keep your registration information and password in a safe location as GRWD is not able to retrieve your password nor your autopay information.  This is a security feature of the on-line payment system.  Also, if your banking information should change, you are able to log into the system and update as needed.

Second, if you prefer, you can complete the autopay authorization form by selecting the link below, completing the information and sending the authorization to our office.  We will then set up the autopay on a monthly date of your choosing.  If your bank information changes, you will need to contact our office to make any required changes.

You will continue to receive a monthly statement from our office to inform you of the bill amount that will be paid through your autopay.  You can elect to receive your statement electronically and can request this on your account on-line or by contacting GRWD office at 701-662-5781 (888-223-0090) toll-free in-state.

ALL return payments are subject to a return check fee. 

Please note that if you are required to supply the meter reading, you can do this by calling our office directly (if after hours, please leave a message), by filling out our meter reading form, or by mailing in your remittance stub with your reading.
